        We did not end up staying here after we got stuck in Boise due to snow, but the front desk attendant was very understanding and helpful in getting our reservation cancelled and getting us a full refund. We really appreciated their quick and responsive customer service!

        The rooms were clean and if you like hard beds this is the place to stay. Neither my husband nor myself slept well that night because the beds were so very firm!
