We made the mistake of using these guys to build our house. They didnt communicate well throughout the build, were behind schedule, and lacked quality control. We now have uneven subfloor that you can feel when walking on our hardwood, our trusses were not laid square upstairs so you can literally see the wall wave, our concrete is popping and cracking bad, some of the doors they installed are bent, and the list goes on. Worst of all they surprised billed us with tens of thousands of overages that they could never fully explain and wouldnt open up the complete cost-plus file with me so I could review all bills and charges. They even charged me for mistakes that were made as a result of a drafting error that they originally said they would cover. Had they not accidentally told me about that one I would have ended up paying for that too. Anyways, I feel bad leaving such a terrible review but hopefully I can help someone avoid the nonsense that we went through.

My family bought a brand new construction duplex about 6 months ago from Koyle construction. They have been difficult to work with from start to finish. They have not honored their construction. There is supposed to be a warranty and they won't even answer the phone to fix anything.

Loved working with this company over the years! I had the privilege to work for them and have witnessed how much they care for the people they do work for. They truly do the most they can for those whose projects they are working on.
