I was in the store for at least ten minutes before I was greated. I asked for help to get something down and was ingnore, even though I was the only one in the store. I asked for a fitting room, and was yet again ignored. Once I finally asked again I got a room and the store was so dirty I didn't want to take off my shoes to change. The manager then proceeded to insult my fashion sense because I did not buy the clothes and suggested I try their new plus section.

I have never been treated so horribly in my life. After waiting 20mins for service not only did the manager see me and ignore me she felt the need to gossip with her employee before sending her my way. All I wanted to do was return an item and they treated me like crap just laughing at me and being so rude. Al was such a jerk to me and her manager encouraged it. I can't believe how rude they were to me. That is the last time I spend money there.
