I was just in this store for 20 min. I just left at 3:35 pm. I was in there trying to find some items. Not 1 person asked me if I needed help. But yet there was one guy carrying on a conversation for I would say 10 to 15 minutes. Finally a guy walked down the aisle and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for. He had no idea what I was talking about. And basically no help. I was looking for some socket holders and the tool box drawer separators for my wrenches. So sad and people wonder why more shop on line.

They put winter gear away in the beginning of April when last year the local mountain had snow until June congratulations on being unaware
