If youre able to stick to a diet plan that allows less than 800 calories per day with restrictive foods allowed then this is the right thing for you. Better ask what foods you are going to be consuming before you sign up. If you pay up front and you have a problem dont expect to get any of your payment back. My Dr advised me that this was not a good program for me.

Once I hit my 40s my weight started going up and up. I called Boise Weight Loss after hearing an ad on the radio. Due to current health conditions I couldnt do any sort of hormone therapy. Having retired a couple of years ago, I started putting on weight quickly. I was looking to lose weight with real food not shakes and bars. This program allows me to eat clean and healthy real food. I feel much better and have much more energy. I just completed 2 months and have lost 38 pounds and 6 inches off my waist!
