I cannot express enough gratitude for Red Truck! We had a water leak in our home that caused come significant damage; my plumber recommended Red Truck, and the owner himself, Pat, came out within the hour that evening (yes, after hours!). He had a crew out the next day to start the remediation/drying process. Our homeowner's insurance claim was denied (due to our policy coverage), despite Red Truck's above and beyond involvement/communication with our insurance company. They were extremely understanding (and frustrated with us) of our situation, and the Account manager, Colt, was very patient and informative of the process/timeline of events, and possibilities of our project going forward on our own dime. Having never dealt with anything like this before it was very stressful and overwhelming, but the Red Truck team was fantastic in addressing every one of our questions and concerns. All in all, it took 5 weeks! But everyone on the crew was communicative of their visits, and they were diligent in checking the progress of the drying - stopping by every couple days, and adjusting equipment as needed. Everyone was respectful of our home and the cleanliness - they laid paper on the floor, taped cords to avoid tripping hazards, and laid everything out in a way to maximize the use of what was left of our kitchen. And they were wonderful with our anxiety filled dog! HUGE shoutout to not just Pat and Colt, but Ron, Sam, Zach, and Cheyenne (PS.....extra points for being a female worker in a male dominated industry - GET IT, GIRL!). They also did a wonderful job demoing our peninsula - they were very careful during the process to not damage anything so that we could potentially re-use it, and we were able to salvage all parts of the cabinet that were not touched by the water damage/mold. AMAZING news when you're the one paying for it! We appreciate them so much and would HIGHLY recommend them for all our restoration needs!

We are so grateful for Red Truck and how easy it was to work with them. We've had issues with water leaks and we wanted to assess any potential damage or mold in the crawlspace. Red truck disaster response offers free crawlspace inspections and came out within two days of being contacted. They arrived on time and were very thorough and gave us a full report afterwards. I would highly recommend using them for any remediation services or inspections. They are very reliable and responsive!

Had a leaky roof awhile back and colt made the trip to ensure it was fixed and kept my house from flooding. we highly appreciate colt for going out of his way to ensure our satisfaction was met! We would highly recommend to anyone that needs this! 10/10 again thankyou colt for your speediness, quick response and flexibility to ensure everything we needed was met.
