        Sent exactly the product I expected and delivered cross country in days. They responded quickly to my inquiries. Everything was as advertised. Some cheap ventcaps caused drafts and made dryer duct cleaning hard -- I think this will solve those problems.

        Really enjoyed working with them and have a beautiful copper exhaust vent hood to show for it! Ordered the wrong size to start with and they were very accommodating on getting the correct size to me. Responsive customer service and a beautiful product made in America, dont hesitate to go with these guys!
