RUN away from this Crook because he will rip you off repeatedly and treat you with disrespect! He NEVER pays Breakdown pay regardless and his trucks break down repeatedly. He never pays Detention pay and you will be detained OFTEN and for several hours at a time because all loads are live at grocery warehouses. When you submit a receipt for reimbursement - he will IGNORE it on your check and you always have to tell them and argue with them to get reimbursed. He feels that Drivers should do absolutely everything for free except when they are actually loaded and heading towards a delivery. He will NOT pay your mileage to go home for hometime. He will always short your pay for reimbursements. He will short your pay for miles driven loaded and empty. He will require you to operate your elogs and all load assignments and tracking on your cellphone and will not reimburse you for the use of your cellphone as a tool in the operation of his business. Your paychecks will be very low in comparison to any other trucking company. He is a CROOK that believes a Driver is simply there to make him money and he does not care whether you sit for hours or days for absolutely zero pay. His office staff are very rude and condescending towards Drivers. They frame everything as the Driver's fault and will rudely interrupt you and talk over you. He will not pay for any accessorial pays. He will attempt to get you to ignore reported deficiencies on his truck or trailer. He doesn't want to spend any money fixing the problems but instead wants you to simply deal with it and keep driving to make him money. I quit him after only 10,000 miles due to very low paychecks, constant downtime, and unprofessional treatment. Jason Haines is the type of trucking company Owner that feels Drivers are a dime a dozen and that they owe him their time for absolutely free. He wants you to agree to do the majority of your work without pay and then will argue with you about bonafide reimbursements and breakdown and detention that you properly reported. His goal is for you to become beat down and simply stop asking for accessorial pays. He DOES NOT want to pay them. He'll try to convince you to accept that detention sometimes take a couple weeks to get a customer to approve but you will NEVER receive a dime in detention pay nor breakdown pay and your reimbursements will be shorted. He will spend less than 1/2 day training you on orientation stuff and push you out into a truck immediately then blame you if you don't know how things are supposed to work in their system. This is an unprofessional operation that only wants to use Drivers to make themselves money. It's truly a one way street. He is terrible at communicating and the office is only manned during Banker's hours. He turns the notifications off on his cell phone often and answers texts only when he feels like it. Sometimes he takes many hours to respond. He will not consider your hours of service when assigning you a load then expect it to be delivered on time anyway. Jason wants to micromanage your hours and have you take your breaks at customers and isn't concerned that you may want a restroom or shower or food during your break. I went to this company in a professional and friendly frame of mind and quit them in a very short time due to the many things they did to completely sour the relationship. I do not recommend ANYONE work for them because they will use and abuse Drivers. There are too many competitors to choose from that will treat you fairly. Drivers' time is important and must be compensated. Drivers do not OWE YOU THEIR TIME Jason Haines! They work-You Pay! Slavery was abolished a very long time ago! If you cannot make profit without ripping Drivers off - You are NO BUSINESSMAN at all. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Business Response on Google Dec 1st, 2023
When we've already spoken with you multiple times today and had constant text communication, as well as numerous instances of communication this past weekend, and you call in one time and we're on the other lines, we don't consider that poor communication.
