TitleOne will try to charge you as much unnecessary fees as possible. Any "favor" is a huge fee. TIPS: Use your free notary at the bank - save 100s of $. Call your bank/lender to take care of the loan payout amount and the $30 reconveyance fee. You can settle those things faster than TitleOne can and avoid bogus charges. My house closed much faster because I followed these tips. Don't let them trick you and say they can deal with your lender better or faster. BS!

I started last year as a brand new agent, met Emily Roode and she introduced me to a couple of escrow officers at Title One. Courtney Pestka became my favorite and go to girl.
