Recently worked with Brooke and Jeff after getting terrible service at Nampa Floors. Got stuck in a pinch, and Brook came to the rescue! She was well-supported by management (Jeff) and other staff, everyone was awesome. She coordinated my product on the fly and the install, even managed to move some things around to accommodate my tight timeline - basically a miracle worker! Would absolutely recommend these folks to friends and clients and use them again in the future.

Cost Less Carpet in Garden City is my "go to" place for carpet and vinyl and wood planking. Jeff and Justin are knowledgeable about their products and steer me in the right direction every time. As a busy property manager their strengths help my business do well.

Ordered carpet from Cost Less on Dec 7. Supposed to take 7-10 days to get in, but had to wait until Jan 2 to receive word that it was in, due to miscommunication at sales person end. But the wait was worth it! Had Rick Mars and Mike do the install and cannot praise them enough for their work! They did an AMAZING job as the carpet looks fantastic, very professional, cleaned up afterwards, and great to work with! If your getting carpet installed, ask for Rick Mars to do it! Fast, reliable and excellent work! THANK YOU RICK & MIKE!!!
