Century Link

I am not usually one to leave reviews for companies but after struggling with this company for months I want to help anyone I can in preventing them from going through the same things my roomate and I have. I have century link because it is the only service my apartment supports. We have had problems with them since day one. From taking ages to set our account up, then setting it up for the wrong apartment, never getting the speed we pay for, stating I didnt pay for the services even with proof of it being pulled from my account and as of recently saying I closed my account when I never once did. All these problems and you can never get ahold of someone that speak English to help take care of your problems. If you have the choice please dont waste your money. There are much better options for cheaper

Service that drops out randomly with poor customer support. Id file a complaint with the FCC but I know that wont do anything. Find another ISP

If I could give zero stars I would. We have waited over two weeks for them to come install and they never have. I have called multiple times and was told there was a backend issue that would have to go through IT. My appointment was rescheduled twice without ever checking that the times worked for me. They have charged us for three weeks now and we havent received anything.
