My 85 year old mother rents from this companys senior housing called Brandon River facility in Idaho Falls. The management does not respond to problems these older folks have with their rentals. My mother has a renter above her that their dog pees on the deck which run inside my mothers sliding door into her apartment causing a tremendous stink. The tenant also allows her brother to sleep there which is against the lease agreement. The brother also smokes in the apartment which drifts down into my mothers apartment making here literally physically sick. The same tenant last night left their water on and flooded my mothers apartment. No one from the facilities has done anything for my Mother to help clean it up and make sure that mold doesnt develop behind the walls. The facility management does nothing - EVER!! The facility doesnt even have a maintenance man, so nothing is getting done to take care of any of these people who are old. Thomas Mannschreck and his company has made a fortune off of these types of facilities. It appears he makes a lot of that money by not taking care of the tenants that pay their rents every month. I am one of nine children of my Mother and you will be hearing from all 9 of us and our attorney if things dont change - and Im talking ASAP!! These types of problems have been going on for years. You need to spend some money and show some responsibility as a landlord.

Deceitful people run this place! They'll pretend to be good, but please... notice the red flags. Something will feel "off" with them. Follow your instincts and cut ties. The earlier the better!

Cracked Asbestos, no remediation until we call the EPA. Won't pay damages.

Had pretty good service with them for many years as our property managers. However, these last few months have not been good at all. They have been very unresponsive, and unhelpful - not returning emails or phone calls without repeated calls and emails. It has taken months to resolve the situation. Actually, it is still not resolved.
