When my fianc and I decided to move out of our apartment and purchase our first home, we were referred to Chase by our mortgage lender. We met with Chase on a Thursday and we were signing a contract to build a house that following Sunday! He was so incredibly dedicated to finding the perfect place for us and did not try to upsell us by showing us houses out of our budget. As our house was in the process of being built, we were pleasantly surprised to see him at all of the meetings that come with building a house. Chase went above and beyond to ensure the builders and our mortgage lender was providing the appropriate amount of communication to us and even helped us decide what upgrades to include in our home that would help with its value. We have absolutely enjoyed this process of building our first home and we credit 99% of it to Chase. We will definitely be referring Chase to all of our friends and going through him to purchase our next home!

Chase was an amazing realtor to work with! He really understands the process of home buying and made it seamless from start to finish. He was not only easy to work with, he went out of his way to take photos and videos of homes for me while relocating from another state. He was always very prompt with communications and always very responsive, which can be hard to find sometimes. He truly made the process stress free. The greatest part about working with Chase: he was able to help me save thousands on the purchase price of my new home by understanding the market and being responsive to my needs.
