After interviewing multiple listing agents, we felt Leigh and Rob were going to represent our interests the best. We needed an agency that was going to be fair, honest and transparent with us, and who was also going to represent our best interests in a challenging market. From the start, their plan for our home sale felt the most genuine and matched our hopes for the process. They were available whenever we had questions or concerns and saw us through with the same level of support right through to the end. This was our first home sale and a nerve wracking one given the turn in the market. They made us felt seen and heard, and stuck up for our best interests when push came to shove. We just recently moved to Boise from New York City. Leigh and Rob are an amazing team of real estate professionals. Leigh took the time to really understand what we were looking for, pre-reviewed available properties on the market, and didn't waste our time with those that weren't a fit. As a Boise native, Leigh also gave us all the details on the growth areas, typical traffic expectations and the general demographics on the various areas od town. Rob was a workhorse and took the time to dig into the details based on what we requested we were looking for in a home. Leigh and Rob introduced us to a team of other professionals to get the house and property inspected, contractors to assess and repair any deficiencies, and qualified professionals to maintain or repair anything and everything that may need attention in the future. We closed on our ideal home 3 weeks ago and Leigh and Rob still keep us in the loop on recreational activities and other interesting things that are happening in the area. This is a professional team with our best interests as their top priority and they haven't stopped taking care of us, even though we closed almost a month ago.

We moved to Boise from Brooklyn, NY. Leigh was amazing. We discussed what we were looking for before the move and reviewed various properties that came on the market. She looked places over ahead of time and gave us her input- both good and bad. Once we arrived, she had set aside a full day to look at properties. She responded to our questions immediately. Communication was excellent- text, emails and phone calls. Great guidance on making an offer and the subsequent negotiations. Her and her teammate, Rob, were in sync the whole time. Even after closing she and Rob were available to help us line up contractors etc. I highly recommend Leigh Wilson if you are looking for a new home.

...in some ways I'm at a loss for words to do this review justice... but phenomenal, conscientious, caring and professional come to mind immediately! Wow! Leigh and Larry, and Rob, and all of the team who made my first-time buying experience be a matter-of-the-heart (anything but matter-of-fact...) Did I mention I was at a loss for words??!! Sometimes it's said that business shouldn't come from friends, although friends often do come through business... my Blessed experience with "Boise's Best" is that "friends" are the Best Blessing, no matter how they are part of our life! Please consider "Boise's Best" when you're ready to contemplate buying OR selling... I have no doubt you'll have a very blessed experience from start to finish!
