As a 11 year resident of Idaho I feel obligated to let people know about our current situation. 2 years ago we hired a builder to build our dream home here in Eagle, ID. This builder was also a neighbor of ours. We knew this builder (North Star Homes LLC Kerry Angelos) for 8 years and he convinced us he could develop an additional street in our current neighborhood and build our dream home if we sold our current house (2021). 2 years later he cannot deliver our house and will NOT give us our $400,000.00 back which North Star said was a "lot hold" and also our earnest money. To top this story off this real estate agent is representing the builder I'm talking about! The two of them have come together now to try and sell his remaining properties along with our home UNFINISHED. Yes its in litigation, & heavily liened from our family to contractors.

Just had the owner drive by WAY Over the speed limit! When asked to Slow down (lots of kids and people around) he acted like a total jerk. NOT the kind of guy I want representing me.

I would strongly suggest going with Will Lowery. Never though I would be able to buy a house.. He fixed my credit. Got me on the right track and now I am a home owner... I love my home. THANK YOU ...

Will and his team are the best I highly recommend him hes very knowledgeable with real estate and answered all our questions with the selling of our home to the purchase of our home Will is your guy if you are new to the valley or been here awhile Will is you guy.
