Long story short. Tyson has been an apperceive med management. He took me in knowing what I was take all sorts of Medications. He gave me an assessment and he is taken good care of me and my son. I told that I was on a medication that I was tested to see how I did. I told him and he automatically was able to get that for me. I honestly didn't think that he would be able to get it through. What I was surprised about was that he was able to get that for me without an questions. That right there shows that he trusted me and was able to provide that specific medication. I've been seeing Tyson for about two to three years and he has like I said taken very good care of me and my son. Again Tyson has come through for me again. Because of my anxiety and other metal issue Tyson has been able to get me approved an emotional pet for my mental health. Tyson has been there for all of us and I really appreciate his services. He will be missed in the office. I usually see him in person. Don't get me wrong I'll still be able to see him but not in person. So thank you Tyson Flower for that you do for me and my family we all appreciate all that you do for us.

I scheduled an appointment with PERMA. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that my counselor was no longer working there. I was not notified in advance. This wasted my time. The receptionist was rude and did not apologize when I told her I was not notified of the change.

Met with Rory and Alex to discuss med management. They were both professional, efficient and empathetic. Great experience and look forward to future appointments.
