I highly recommend Ashley to anyone who is looking for that right fit therapist! She knows how to help clients access the solutions that serve them! She doesn't operate from a one size fits all therapeutic approach. Instead, she knows how to support people in reaching meaningful resolutions that matter to them and align with their personal journey. She has this amazing gift for facilitating a genuine therapeutic space without it feeling like "therapy". Instead, it feels like talking to a friend because she's so compassionate, and yet at the same time she provides real structure and framework within the conversation that enables clients to access THEIR personal healing modalities. She creates a very safe and non-judgmental space and asks insightful questions and offers intuitive feedback that altogether facilitates deep reflection that is tailored to each individual's journey! I have always come away from my conversations with Ashley feeling both validated on my healing path and with meaningful and practical steps to bring about the changes in my life that I am seeking.

Ashley's approach to health and mental wellness is refreshing and inspiring. I have truly enjoyed co-creating workshops and community offerings with Ashley, she brings an informed, yet out of the box application to all of her work. I truly appreciate her integration of simple meditation and mindfulness exercises to her practice, this is what I feel enhances her special ability to connect in an effective and yet gentle manner. Over the last few months Ive been feeling extremely overwhelmed with everything in my life, so I reached out to Ashley for some guidance and immediately she was there for me. She asked if Id like to come Meditate with her (sometime Ive never really done before) I gladly accepted and scheduled it just a few days later. Being the first time Ive ever reached out to anyone for help my inner self, I was a big ball of nerves driving there. But the second I walked through the door of the beautiful historic building where Ashleys office is located I was instantly relieved and at ease. Then after meditating and just talking with Ashley for a while, as I was leaving I felt lighter in my step, more grounded and happy I made the first step to growing myself. I highly recommend Ashley and the way she helps organize and clean your Mind Space up.
