        Worst experience I have had dealing with a person company in 35 years of a professional career in the finance industry and 15 years of experience owning and managing real estate in multiple states. Poor communication, does not pay attention to details, does not respond in a timely manner. Does not show any care or concern for the job they are paid to perform. I would not walk from them but I would run. I have never written a review of any company or person but this experience was so bad I felt I have responsibly to warn others. I terminated the management agreement with this company due to poor communication, lack of followup, no attention detail, hiring vendors to perform monthly services without my approval or I hired a new property management company and recently learned there were safety issues in my home that were not addressed by WPM and did not inform me or did not take action to correct . DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
