I feel Realty Management is a great rental company, they gave us gift cards for showing their appreciation for our long history. Any time I needed any maintenance they are prompt. Spencer goes above and beyond to communicate with us. I am glad we have found 2 places with this company that fits my families needs.

We used to have home river group prior to this rental company RMA, so happy we switched ! I have had great experiences every year with RMA . They are still a rental company and cant always make adjustments, but they have always gotten every single item fixed within 2 weeks of needing it serviced, clear timelines. I do think keeping communication is key. We moved into another place with the same rental company and they made it quick ! This market is too insane for us to buy. We are hoping we stay put for another 6 or more years on the same property.

The team at RMA is the best! We especially appreciate DaNay for her kindness and open communication with any questions we've had during our time here, as well as how she always tries to keep the rent fair at lease renewal time. The online maintenance scheduling system makes it easy to coordinate our schedule with vendors for lawn care, regular maintenance, or any issues that come up. Overall, RMA has been great to work with.

Our experience with DaNay and her team at RMA so far has been awesome! We decided to use them to rent out our home and they have all been so professional and informative. Right off the bat they were up front about cost and the whole process and made us feel at ease. We're excited to see how the rest of the process goes and hope to work with them more:)
