      Hi John, we are sorry you feel our rental fees are high. Rent rates increased in many areas and our rates are competitive in the Boise area.Move out fees are done by third party vendors and unfortunately we don’t set those prices, however the move-out checklist we provide to our tenants can help minimize those costs as well.
