The staff and Dr. Boerner at Idaho Eyelid and Facial Plastic Surgery are exceptional. I know this sounds like hyperbole, but do not say this lightly. I had the privilege of working with Lisa several times and found her to be professional and kind, and Dr. Boerner is dedicated, knowledgeable and understanding. They listened to my concerns and took care of the issues immediately. I am impressed with the support and care I received and would recommend their office to anyone.

March 10, 2024 marked a four year anniversary since Dr.Jackson performed surgery on my eyelid.
Reno - January 2020
Dr. Jackson performed a biopsy on my eyelid. I asked him to be honest with me. I understood he saw eyelids every day of his life. What did he think? He was completely transparent, upfront, and honest with what I could expect. I greatly appreciated his respecting me in that manner.
A couple weeks later, he personally called me with the biopsy results, confirming it was a Basel cell.

Dr. Jackson restored my eyelid. Covid closed everything at the end of that week and I was never fortunate enough to see Dr. Jackson in person again.
Ill always remember his telephone follow-up care. He called me the week of my surgery, before the world shut down. And he continued to reach out to me and check in.

This was the best thing I could ever have done. What amazing results. My vision improved a 100 percent! I had zero pain, never even had to take a Tylenol. Everything went perfectly, Everyone was exceptional, so caring and kind making sure I understood the procedure, aftercare, always checking with me during my procedure to insure I was comfortable. It was such a surprise, after my procedure I was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers and gift. I want to thank you for fantastic care.
