We are not too old or too young to talk about our bladder health with a professional. You will be amazed at what might be a potential solution to your specific concern. Do NOT rely on potential misinformation. Your pelvic floor exercises may not be as helpful as weve been told and more. Ithe bladder is actually a pretty cool body organ so get in touch! If you have bladder pain, leak, urge whatever, talk with Ashley. She has provided invaluable information and guidance in concert with my physician and acupuncturist. First time doing physical therapy and so glad my PCP referred me to this place! All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They are very close knit. Sam is very attentive to my needs and helping me utilize different exercises to relieve the pain Ive been dealing with in my neck/back. Would HIGHLY recommend

Ashley is literally a magician. Ive had chronic knee pain for months. I saw a different PT with no progress, and Ashley nearly has the pain eliminated with just three sessions. Shes so kind and personable, I absolutely love working with her. The front desk staff is also super friendly. Ive had an amazing experience at Ascend!

I followed Sam here from a prior location. He's worth it! When I started with Ascend, Sam was booked when I needed to get in, so I worked with Ashley. She is equally amazing. Both of them really listen to your concerns and work with you to achieve your goals. They don't push unnecessary therapy and are thrilled when you are well enough to stop coming. They are also funny and make each session entertaining. Nice welcoming facility too. Go here!
