Staff and Students are afraid to complain, or else they will lose their jobs and chance at an education. Look up how many Boise State Students were murdered or worse on their way or leaving BSU using the Greenbelt because they couldn't afford parking. They oversell and overprice parking. All project money is spent elsewhere instead of parking and making students safer. They really don't care about you, your life, your child's life, student or employee. Come with a lot of money to buy a pass or choose a different university.

Been at Boise State for 4.5 years as a student and employee. They overcharge, fine heavily, provide poor customer service and don't survey accurately to provide accurate parking supply for people at boise state. They have removed almost all street parking to pad boise state so they can buy new turf for the football field. Terriblely run department that gouges students trying to get a degree a better themselves. Will be happy to never deal with them again.

They arent helpful at all even if you try to contact them it takes about 4 days to get a response. Ive been on the waitlist for about 5 months along with all my roomates. With very limited overnight passes. Horrible experience with Boise state parking.
