        I was late and they still saw me. Tammy and the rest of the office staff are always efficient and polite. Erin Michaelis was thorough and concerned about how I felt. It is always a pleasure to see her.

        NP Michaelis has an abundant knowledge base within her cardiological specialty. Listening skills need to develop more as she discovers that patients may have more to say before she responds to them. I felt rushed within the allotted time, that she was distracted by her schedule.
