Doctor chuka saved my life if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be here today He is a great doctor and is highly recommended I am so grateful to him that I am able to be with my family now and alive His nursing staff is the best. The PA in his Office is not very caring not like him hes a very caring and loving individual and doctor and I highly recommend Him Thank you once again doctor chuka for everything you've done for me I greatly appreciate it

having a hard time to get through office line for my father-in-law. I have tried to call in the early morning, mid morning or early afternoon, t he phone just rang for over 20 minutes each time with no one picked it up. It is not the doctors fault, but operational errors, and it is time consuming and frustrating for patients.

We were referred to Dr Choutka. The referral doc said we will be contacted in 2 weeks, it took 3 months in addition to numerous calls to the office which is very disorganized and unresponsive. Finally we saw the doc who was painted gloriously by St Alphonsus who suggested a surgical procedure that was denied by a second opinion in Cleveland clinic docs. We had hard time to get hold of the office, get medical records transferred, or requesting referrals from this office. Do not try to contact me here, we have made our voice heard numerous times and nothing has changed!!

Ondrej took great care of me as a surgeon and his bedside manner is the best you could ask for. He listened to me and made me feel important! Idaho is beyond lucky to have him here.
