We moved to Boise in 2020, and since that time Dan Winans has helped us both buy and sell a home. Dan is an extraordinary realtor. We always felt that we were his top priority, both as a buyer and a seller. We have bought and sold quite a few homes before, and never have we experienced such excellent communication and attention to detail. Throughout the whole process, I felt that Dan had our best interests at heart. Dan worked very hard in both transactions and did his best, despite market conditions, to ensure we achieved our goals and stayed within our budget. To sell our home, we had to have some work done to it, and Dan was instrumental in providing us referrals and making sure the work was done well. We couldn't have done it without him! If you are looking for a realtor who is extremely knowledgeable, hands-on, and who is truly acting as your agent, you can't do better than Dan.

Dan helped us close on our home in June 2023. He is a local to Boise and know everything about his city. We were moving across the country. We only had a few days to look at homes together. While we were in town he coordinated us seeing over 20 homes. He used this time to find out what we liked and didnt like. He also helped us find the right neighborhood. We ended up buying sight unseen. Dan was so trustworthy and reliable through the whole process. He went above and beyond to make the process easy for us. He is an expert negotiator, and helped us save money. Not only did we find a reliable professional we also made a friend! He continues to help us make decision regarding renovations and resale.

We worked with Dan on the purchase of our first investment property. He helped us secure the home against another offer, was very attentive throughout the entire closing process, offered great tips and constant updates, and went above and beyond in helping us get answers to things I didn't expect him to help with. Overall, it was a great experience, and it won't be our last time choosing Dan as our agent!

Dan Winans was awesome! He facilitated the purchase of our home in a very competitive market. He went well above and beyond, helping contact the seller/realtor with the house being off the market. His advice was great, not just trying to facilitate the transaction, but giving us advice to both balance not over paying with securing the house in a challenging market to buy in with lots of buyers and few homes. Response time and availability was excellent whether it was text/email/phone. He was available to run through ideas essentially immediately. It was truly by chance that Dan connected with us and we will be always grateful to him. If you want friendly, responsive realtor, who will look out for you best interest, I would go with Dan.
