Kim helped us buy our first home this past summer, after months of searching and multiple offers placed Kim was magic for us as first time home buyers. The first time we went to look at our house Kim fearlessly crawled under the house into the standing crawlspace, in heels nevertheless! If I wasn't won over before that act of bravery and care to my husband and I did it for sure. Kim worked tirelessly for us from the time we first saw the house to far past our closing date tying up loose strings, contacting contractors, and fighting for us as her clients.
