        Vegetarian menu had chicken stock rice, we had a rubber piece in our water and the waitress replied awesome I'll get you a new glass (crazy). And the food was just okay. Super bummed and could not recommend this to anyone. Better options in DT Boise.

        Absolutely stunning food. Every. Single. Time. Been privileged to eat here a dozen times and I make a valiant attempt to order something new each visit. I have NEVER been disappointed. I've even ordered items I normally wouldn't be interested in and I've cleaned every plate! Every ingredient is given a voice and every combination is balanced perfection. We rarely get a night out but I will choose Coa de Jima again and again. And again.
