Steve, Zachary and the team of techs were great. Steve and Zach really helped me dial in the equipment for my needs to ensure coverage throughout the space. Communication was great and Steve went out of his way to help with deciphering cable issues with my internet provider. Truly appreciate all their help and love the system.

Moved into a new home that The Loop had pre wired. I asked for a simple installation. I received a $10,000 bid. When I rejected that they returned with a $5000. bid. I was assured that my 3 cameras would work as discussed and be able to record. The young man who installed the system was excellent. However the cameras and their recording capabilities didnt work as discussed. They now want another approximate $1000. to make them work as discussed. I have reached out to another source and will get what I expected for about $300. They are very over priced and not for someone who wants a minimal system. I would have felt better if they would have just passed on the project. There is literally zero after installation follow up.

The Loop rocks! I've had them take care of me on two separate occasions. Most recently they upgraded my home theater system and fine-tuned my smart home configuration. They listened carefully to my needs and took care of the smallest details. Their knowledge of the latest technology is top-notch. They work in a clean and organized manner, and go to great lengths to protect the new equipment and the house they're working in. They come prepared with all the necessary hardware and supplies. They install everything so there are no unsightly wires or cables visible. Then they go the distance to make sure everything is functioning correctly before leaving. Very thorough, courteous, and responsible. Just nice folks. I've got a system now that is absolutely awesome. I couldn't be more pleased. So do yourself a favor and forget trying to put the system together yourself or hire someone because they're 'cheaper'. Call the folks at The Loop and enjoy!

The Loop installed my system several years ago, but kept good records of what was installed including pictures of the technology cabinet which facilitated an over the phone repair avoiding a house call. Very helpful to have that kind of support.
