The Counselor we tried to start with canceled four of the five visits we had. Was a waste of time.

As a sober housing provider in Boise, I have become very familiar with and have had many collaborative efforts with clinics, counselors and therapists for the betterment of those receiving mental health treatment. STARR's sustained mission and the individual attention they devote to every one of their clients, from what I've seen, is unique. Anytime I see an organization that has a highly qualified staff coupled extremely low turnover for their segment, I know they're doing something right, from the top - down.

In my opinion, this places is very unethical, will lie about you, and will retaliate against you for not believing they are doing a good job. Best to go with someone more professional. I believe in my case, their lies have damaged my reputation and good standing, which I am considering pursuing through judicial means.
