The worst experience! The phone is never answered and waiting to talk to a human is nearly impossible. Cannot see a provider for weeks. I've called the Adm office today and tried every phone prompt given and still no human answered. I am looking to for a different provider.

I waited a month for an appointment after going to an urgent care. Finally got in. Doc spent about 5 minutes with me total. He gave me nothing but another referral for me to get a scan but weeks later still no scan and no appointments scheduled. I had to call to see if the referrals got made. After being on hold, the receptionist said they sent them again, and I need to call another set of numbers and I'm still in pain and my ear continues to ring. I feel I was blown off, and it sucks.

Horrendous customer service! Will absolutely not lift a finger to accept a payment. Will not accept electronic check payments. Requires paper check or credit card. This office has no access to their actual bank, and they also will not call their bank to verify whether you have made a payment. Recent experience poor enough to go to a Saltzer next time I'm in need.

Customer service is horrible. They are snappy and short. They also outright lie to you and withhold information to swindle you. They told me they cannot re bill a medical charge to my insurance again because it will be denied as a re bill. This is completely false information they do this all the time for me as well as others. Insurance wants to get out of paying for things all the time and when they run it again 80% of the time your insurance coughs it up and pays what they are supposed to.
Primary health in general is very low end Doc-In-The -Box and just go find a real doctors office you will be so much happier.
I sold my dream car years ago because primary health billing tried to bully me into owing them 7k in medical bills. Turns out after i sold the car to pay it that they didnt run my insurance correctly and that it was only about $900 that i owed.
Stay away from Primary Health.
