It's rare to see the same Dr twice, but we like that it's close, professional and we can walk in without an appt and still get the care we need. I will recommend for non emergency visits.

The Urgent Care aspect of this facility is fine enough and it is really convenient to have somewhere close for me and my family to go to. That being said me and my wife have had varrying experiences between us. We we're both prescribed the same over the counter regimen of over the counter drugs even though she struggled with congestion and coughing much longer. She had been there three weeks earlier so I would have thought that they would have reviewed her recent records. Nope. She's since signed up for assistance elsewhere and that physician has her on a different regimen that's actually working. I've signed up for their Dr but I'm kind of unimpressed with their facility. A month after signing up with him they still don't have me signed for refills on my prescriptions. I've had to call them back on each one and their response was to tell me to remind them with each medication to put it on "refill status". This is not my job, is very inconvenient, and I've never had to do this before. Also I've gotten several texts of appointments for my wife and son for the Dr even though none of them signed up for them. I'm not sure if it's just this office but I wouldn't advise against using it for anything beyond UC.

This location is in the business of actively defrauding customers; if I could give them less than one star I would. Was immediately told by practitioner Scott Rose that they could do nothing for my condition and that I should go to Walgreens and get some allergy meds. They then charged me $200 with zero disclosure in any way, and a bill shows up several months later at my address. When calling to ask why they are allowed to charge $200 for zero services and zero disclosure, Ally S. in the billing office was extremely rude, didn't return a phone call on my case as promised, and acted like I had no right to question their criminal billing practices. Scott Rose, Ally S., and the entire Primary Health organization seems to be a criminal racket, actively stealing from customers and then shaming them for attempting to get some kind of answers. This case will be taken to the BBB and then court. Sham "businesses" like this should be shut down based on failure to comply with the law.
