Emergency Responders Health Center

Ive been a patient of Dr Wick for 5-6 years. Was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and unlike my Gyn who left multiple voicemail messages to check on me, not one word! Had a legitimate snafu with my Rx and instead of him calling me, he had his fill in nurse call to tell me he wasnt comfortable helping me. My cancer care team is amazing, here it is the could careless team.

The staff is wonderful and takes time to build relationships with their patients. Our enitre family uses EHR as our primary "go-to" for any medical need.

Every time I go to ERHC I have good experience. The staff are very professional and very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Every time I call for anything they always do the best they can to help getting me answers or appointments. The medical staff seems to really care about the people they see and they take the time to listen to you. At least for me not a single time I went there and I didnt see that. The medical staff are very friendly, helpful and caring for their patients. I really like ERHC my family and I use them as our primary health care and we really are glad we have such a great health center equipped with great staff. So thank you for being great and caring and giving people the care they need. I would definitely recommend them to everyone to go there.

The staff treats you like they truly care. Doesn't matter if you are on a small department or big. I appreciate how professional and friendly they are.
