        Put runners at risk at the Boise Marathon and did not take any responsibility for it. Did not provide fuel at any aid station or at the end of course, despite promises and lies saying they did. No medical care at end of course. Did not give our shirts as promised and runners had to inquire to figure out why the shirts were not at the end of the race. Additionally, runners had to find a tent to get their medals, and no awards were given out. Responders from the agency have told runners that it is basically their fault that so many runners got lost due to very poor signage and direction. Please see attached photo of signage. Responses have been unprofessional and refunds have not been issued, despite putting numerous runners at risk. The Go Agency was unprofessional and downright incompetent in the Boise Marathon and I will never participate in the race again.
