They put our lawncare on their schedule and I told them it was pretty overgrown and that we would pay extra for the first mow. They weed wacked the yard and left. It was a mess. They said they would come back the next day to finish. They never showed up. I called and complained and they said they would come back. They did the front yard and then did 3 laps in the backyard and left! They never finished the job. They never gave an explanation or anything. We have a half mowed yard in the back of our house now.
