These guys are fantastic. Melissa and Spencer are wonderful people to work with! They helped us work with our insurance company to make sure we got every penny we needed. My husband and I are obsessed with our new, gorgeous bathroom remodel. Highly recommend!

They started the project much earlier than expected, where as other contractors were months out. A little issue with some accent tile, but a change in the shower design resolved the problem. The total came out a little less than the estimate which is always a good thing. Thanks Spencer! Good job! Adding: previous comments were made before the shower glass was installed. When the shower door was removed, it should have been noted that the door had a towel bar. Ashley asked me a couple times if I wanted a towel bar included on the door - yes. If there was a towel bar anywhere else in the shower there wouldnt be a problem. Since, apparently I didnt pay for a towel bar, one was NOT included. Now Im left trying to find another option when I spent a great deal of money on my bathroom remodel. Spencer also stated he would be out to help with other options. Havent seen or heard from him. Meridian Design Center was referred to me by a friend and I couldnt be happier with the results of my remodel. It was a stressful situation because my home had water damage that required a complete remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. However, they made the whole process easy and literally turned my nightmare into what is now my dream kitchen! My project manager, Myke, was amazing to work with throughout the whole process. He was very good with communication, professionalism, and treated myself and my home with the utmost respect. He always got back to me right away or addressed any concerns with the right approach. I felt like he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and was so easy to work with. Spencer, the owner, followed up regularly to ensure I was happy throughout the job. He truly cared about my experience! Terrence worked for countless hours communicating with my insurance company to try and get me a fair settlement on my claim. He rocks too! Everyone really went to bat for me! I will be using MDC for all my home projects! I am most excited about the quartz countertops and the beautiful waterfall feature! Thank you MDC (Myke, Spencer and Terrence) for taking care of me and making my home beautiful! * Replying to the owners response here, since I am unable to reply to their comment. The remodel project was under my boyfriends name, Sam Pence. I will be sure to specify in the future, if it's on Sams behalf. Now, I am responding to the text message sent to Sam from Spencer, this morning. I, Dallis didn't intend to put off writing the review as long as I did but here we are. As for Spencer, I wrote an honest review so, if you think anyone is smearing the Meridian Design Center, it's your lack of communication and the quality of your contractors. Those who read my review and see the images can come to their own opinion, myself nor Sam are "on the attack" as Spencer asked in the text. During our consultation we communicated several times how we were first time home buyers and remodeling. We had quartz counters put in the kitchen, master bathroom and spare bathroom. Subway tile backsplash and all the cabinets painted. There was no communication from Spencer to us or to his sub contractors. The counters were the first to be replaced so, the sinks were removed. After they were installed and the glue was drying, we saw this note. We immediately were frustrated because we were never asked or told our options. Then, to find out it was too late to have the bar top counter supports hidden. Spencer instructed us to look on Amazon to find bartop counter supports, didnt even give specs, so it was not shocking when we sent a link and it wasnt compatible. After finding counter supports that would work, they were then installed, they had to come back out to re glue the supports. After that ordeal I was bracing myself for more unwanted bumps in this remodel project. The backsplash was the next project, it wasnt done by the time it was told it would be. So therefore, all the other projects were behind at this point. The backsplash tiling started, I was shocked when I saw torn pieces of paper vs tiling spacers being used. The plumber said the kitchen faucet was now broke after Spencers contractors removed it and the garbage disposal was missing, so we then had to quickly find one that would fit, run back home before the plumber needed to leave for his next project.
