        Great service! Initially, we stopped in the store to get oriented after acquiring a used Hotsy. We found that they had a mobile service rep who came all the way to Owyhee County to help. The gentleman went over how to operate our unit and made sure we had all the parts we would need. I went back recently to get additional parts I had learned about and they were super helpful. Definitely our Go To place to take care of our machine.

        Dennis and the guys are great to work with here. Bought a machine five years ago and have had zero problems with it. I bring it in for maintenance every year and it is very affordable. I depend on this machine for work and it has never let me down.
