Had new AC and furnace installed in Aug. Tried to switch to furnace this weekend but no luck. No matter how much we fiddled with thermostat or instructions on the furnace it wouldn't come on. When I called, they had Bow here within an hour. He took probably 20 minutes to figure out the manufacturer had failed to make a certain setting and fix the problem. We have heat! Glorious heat.
