Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square

Large rooms, sofa can be turned into a bed as well. Smaller bathroom, with the sink being in the bedroom area. I did book a king room, but they didnt have any available for some reason. I was given two full size beds instead. I had some trouble figuring out the climate control in the room. The thermostat would not go below 68 no matter what I did. Room was not a comfortable temperature the time I was there. I believe the unit in the room was broken.

Rooms was dirty and housekeeping is terrible. Breakfast provided was terrible.

For over 2 months now, Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square has hosted in its parking lot a burned-out, graffiti'd RV that belongs in a junkyard. This eyesore greets us every time we drive into the neighborhood and ratchets up the trashiness of our neck of the woods. Hyatt Place seems to be taking their cues from the property owner across the street who probably charges exorbitant rents but cannot be bothered to fix a decrepit, falling-over fence which is unsafe for children and pets who might live there. And rather than move the trailer to a hidden corner of their expansive parking lot, Hyatt Place has chosen to leave it front and center on Rifleman Street where absolutely no one can miss it. Some of us value our neighborhood, and I know that I speak for all of my neighbors when I say that I wish Hyatt Place likewise valued the neighborhood.

Very good experience. Clean, great staff. The only downside was they said breakfast was at 6am and it wasn't ready until 7am.
