I could not believe this was rated as a 3 star. I could write a book. Room: sliding door attached from our room to the pool area was broken, accessible to anyone from the outside. Outlets don't work. TV doesn't work. Food stains on bedding and floor. Food smears on countertops. Little vials of Shampoo/conditioner or used and refilled (there are no seals, the shampoo was a third filled and the conditioner was 2/3 filled. The carpets show signs of mold, there was hair on the telephone. Needed vacuumed badly. If you call the front desk they say technicians won't be in for a couple of hours...and never show. Breakfast: Food is slim. You're followed by their staff as they hover 3 feet away. Waffle mix was watered down and when it ran out, they wouldn't make more even though breakfast was open for another half hour. Oh..and when the ants started crawling on the syrup container and our plates... that drew the line. Drugs, police, homeless: Screaming in the hallways, police visit, drugs confiscated. While packing to leave, another arrest in the parking lot. Homeless camped outside. The entire stay was disgusting and I find myself to be a very tolerable person which says a lot. This is my first negative review I've felt I had to share. Thanks Ramada for keeping it interesting. Half a star for you.

Horrible experience. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Not going to go on about all the horrible things just read the other reviews you will get the idea but I just want to warn others about staying here. Save your money because they will also over charge you.
