Enhabit Home Health, Boise (ID)

I am local truck driver and I get to see people texting and talking there phones. I don't have a problem with it. Just don't do it while driving down the road. That is what parking lots are for. Besides it is against the law in Oregon and Idaho.

Called company last week about in home PT for my mom. After review of documents, they didnt accept my moms insurance. That was fine. My problem is they called my mom surgeon and told them they cant take her but didnt call us, the PT. I called this morning for a status update. They called me back finally. Then responsible, I called the Dr and the receptionist told me, Enhabit called them but wasnt going to call us to let us know. So if I wouldnt have called to check in, it would have been my Drs responsibility to call me? which they did, that doesnt seem right... no wonder people fall through the cracks.

My grandmother had all of her therapy needs met in A.L. with Enhabit's team of excellent therapists. O.T., P.T., and Speech Therapists all went above and beyond in everyday and were able to discharge her a month earlier than expected. I am very impressed and thrilled!

I am so grateful that Encompass was recomended by my orthopedic doctor. They have gone out of the way to make me safe during my home health care. Wonderful staff. I can't thank them enough. They are the best. Thanks, Linda Letsom-Yanez
