I love my Harding Home and would highly recommend this quality builder. I felt that my business mattered to them. My home had features and finishes beyond my expectations. It’s the little things that make Harding Homes superior to builders that just focus on volume. My husband and I were treated very well, we felt like the company truly cared about our experience. When we’ve had any issues, the company is prompt in taking care of them. I am beyond satisfied with the overall experience and job.

Gene, Dennis and James are who we worked directly with at Harding homes. Gene and his team built my family our dream home. He was in constant contact with me and my wife during the process. He was more than fair in pricing and it never wavered during construction. If a mistake was made it was quickly resolved at no cost. I have recommended him to other friends and they have had the same experience. We appreciate his energy, attention to detail, and communication during the whole process. We love our new Harding Home! I am so impressed with Dennis and James! Couldn’t ask for two better guys to be in charge of our new home build! They are so accommodating and on top of things! Best of all, they are excited about their finished product!! As an agent in the Valley, I know this is hard to come by in this market. Thanks guys!

I purchased a home built and designed by Harding Homes. I would like to begin by saying that it is a beautiful home and Harding Homes has a great eye for design. However, we closed before the home was competed with the assurance that it would be built to the highest standard. That was absolutely not the case. We have had a list of items that were not completed or done right for almost a year. Some of the projects that need to be completed are due to lack of attention to detail during the building process. My family and I are very frustrated. The lack of professionalism by Harding Homes is shameful and I wouldn't recommend anyone hiring them to build their home.
