        WOW! Gem State Hearing was a great place for me to get my hearing aids. My appointment was on time, and Jeff Miller was focused, thorough and efficient. He thoroughly and patiently explained each part of the exam. He carefully explained the test results and how hearing aids will help with my moderate hearing loss. Then he gently guided me on the insertion of the hearing aids. And he answered all of my questions. Anyone who needs, or thinks they may need, hearing aids and values excellent customer service, central location and storefront parking as well as a consummate patient professional will be happy with their experience at Gem State Hearing. Plus, I can hear so much better now!! I highly recommend.
