Not thrilled with the service at all. Although the online tracking log showed "appointment requested" for a date and time, the only notification (Wednesday) I received was from the driver and he "was sitting at the bottom of the driveway." I wasn't home to accept, so I called Customer Service to arrange for a Terminal pickup. Customer Service (Virginia?) left three different messages for the local terminal to call me back. It never came. I called the local terminal numerous times as well and I was always defaulted to the Receptionist Voice Mailbox which was always "full." The following Monday I showed up at the terminal and was told by the Receptionist they needed "24 hours notification for a terminal pick up." You recall me saying the Voice Mail box was always Full? After a brief discussion (argh), we did arrange to pick up one hour later. I will say, once at the terminal, I was dealt with very cordially by all. Deflected, but done nicely. My guess is the terminal is not managed very well and their procedures need oversight and improvement. The Manager could use some customer focus training, then it could be passed down the line.
