I have a wheelchair van that has a ramp and theres a bracket that pulls the chain to lift the ramp that has three screws, one of them is broken off, one of them is completely missing, and the last one looked like it was barely holding on for dear life. I looked up on the Internet to find a place near me that has screws and lo and behold I found Tacoma screws. When I went inside, I found a gentleman name Dan. Dan instantly was willing to help me. He knew exactly what I needed. He checked to make sure that the screw would fit because I had none to bring in the show him up. I am extremely grateful for him and all his help, now I have 10 extra screws just in case and I need to get this completely fixed .

Over prices tools. Staff is terrible at math and knows nothing of fasteners beyond hurr durr bolt and nut

The customer service is literally so good. They are completely courteous, understanding, and are very knowledgeable!! Shout out to Angel at the front desk to took the best care of my returns. The products are perfect as well.
