As with most other reviews, Pro Rentals is amazing, from the customer service to the quality of the rentals. I have rented equipment from the Boise location to Pocatello, to Idaho Falls. Pro Rentals is my choice of rental company... if it came down to price, they are still better than the "United" company down the street. Customer for life as I rent equipment quite often.

Blake is awesome! He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of. They are also usually significantly less expensive than the other rental places.

I needed to rent a small stump grinder to remove a small stump from an old tree that had died. They had just the equipment I needed, and it saved me a ton of time. Staff is super friendly but seem very, very busy between calls and checking out equipment. It's always worth the wait though. I appreciate also that they refill propane tanks too !
