These guys are great, we purchased product they were very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. As in a flooding situation getting info as quick as possible is a must and they came through with flying colors. I would recommend them to anyone that has a need for flood defense products . This company and there staff are great, I'm a local business owner in Bend OR and have family in the south, LA. My parents were in one of the areas that was hit with multiple storms this year and as you can imagine I was freaked out about there property and well being. I was trying to locate some type of flood barriers or sand bags to help my parents protect there property from being damaged. Luckily I was told by a work colleague to give this company a call they may be able to help. I called Flood Defense group and spoke to a Mr. Anderson, who was very helpful and ran me through all of his inventory which frankly was quiet a bit more than I could have ever imagined. They have things I didn't even know existed . Mr. Anderson could tell that i was frantic and was very polite and walked me through everything and showed me the product that would best suit my parents needs. They were able to order and receive the product before the storms hit and for that I'm very grateful. I just want to say thank you for your patience with me during my stressful melt down on the phone. I realize I'm just a single customer with most likely a small order compared to some of the other people/companies that were inquiring with them at the same time. But he made me feel like my order was just as important than the big ones that I could hear going on in the back ground. Thank you Jenni
