        Went to use my debit card this morning and it was declined. Called customer service and they found a suspicious purchase so they blocked it. I didn't get charged and getting a new card same day. ICCU has always been 100% with me.

        I worked with Tera today and she helped me unravel another company's mistake. She had my issue solved in no time. ICCU--there are other companies who could benefit from training from your clearly talented employees. I've never had even remotely bad service at this branch.

        I'm new to Idaho and went to open an account, but because or Covid, the one I went to was closed. They had a sign on the door that you could use the app to open an account, GREAT! I download the app and couldn't figure out how to open an account, so I used the live assistance and was told to download the video app and once I did that, I had to wait about a minute before Tanner came on and got me all set up with my account! I was very happy with the experience and Tanner was very friendly and helpful! Next was going into an open Branch which was in downtown Boise I believe on 3rd to get my debit card and deposit my cash. The teller was very helpful (can't remember her name, sorry), but her station did not print the debit cards, so off to Viktors station and he got me my debit card. I was in and out within 5 mins and a very happy customer! Thank you all! You made the process simple and quick!
