Branch Manager Calvin Rowland is fantastic! Anytime I have a banking need, he is the first person I call, as I know I will be taken care of. Calvin truly cares about his clients, is a great banker, and is someone I will continue to refer business to.

I went to the US Bank branch on 16th and State to exchange some coins for cash.  After standing in line for 10 minutes, I gave up.  There were only two teller, and no people at the desks.  One teller was helping someone that clearly should have been speaking to the branch manager.  The other teller was trying to help a person who did not what to do and could not speak a word of English.I decided to go to the 10th Street branch.  When I went  inside there were 4 people waiting in lien and only one teller.  I just left.It is pretty clear that US Bank only want to do business on line since they do not staff for people who just want to walk in and talk " live" to a real person.Tom H.

If you enjoy being called a "dumb***" by a twenty year old with a chip on their shoulder, this is the branch for you! Usually U.S. Bank staff are great, but this branch seems to view customers as the enemy. The Saturday hours would be great...if it weren't for the open hostility.
