        Customers should know that their car(s) are being parked on neighborhood corners. Harolds obviously doesnt care about those living in the neighborhood or the safety of bicyclist, pedestrians AND children. Nor do they really care for your car. Know that if your car is ticketed YOU- the customer- are responsible, not Harolds.
